RealReelAI provides AI-powered analysis to determine whether video content is real or AI-generated.

The App is intended for informational purposes only. Results are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Content

By uploading content:

• You confirm you have the right to use and upload the content
• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a limited right to process the content for analysis

We are not responsible for user-uploaded content.

4. Payments and Pricing

Users receive 3 free uploads. Continued use requires payment of £1.99.

Payments are processed via app stores (Google Play / Apple App Store) and subject to their terms.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the App
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any decisions made based on app results
• We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of results
• Use of the App is at your own risk

7. Data and Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including branding and technology, belong to RealReelAI Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
